How long have you been in the industry?Â
I began my career in the shipping industry after completing my studies in the UK. My first job was with a South Asian National air carrier. I have been working in this exciting industry for more than 20-years now and I still hold great enthusiasm for my work.
What is the best part about working in this industry?Â
I find the most fulfilling aspect of my role is the opportunity to meet new people. Providing excellent customer service is my top priority, and it brings me great satisfaction to receive positive feedback from my customers. My goal is to consistently expand our customer base and promote growth each year.
What would you say is your area of expertise?Â
After working in the industry for two decades, I consider myself fortunate to have gained a wealth of experience. My areas of expertise include export operations, vessel planning management, and various sales including commercial, and Governmental projects.
How do you spend your time out of the office?Â
As a family man, I cherish spending time with my two wonderful daughters. On weekends we enjoy dining out and cooking together. Additionally, I value being an active member of my community and contribute to many local programmes.
