When did you begin working in the industry?
I began my career in the industry as a junior import clerk in 2011. Since then, I have gained valuable experience working alongside industry leaders in various roles. I am constantly learning and growing within the industry and am excited for what the future holds.
What do you enjoy most about working in the industry?
I find enjoyment in tackling challenges and solving problems at work. My top priority is always addressing customer queries and making their experience hassle-free. I love the sense of accomplishment that comes with devising solutions and helping the customer journey run smoothly.
Throughout my years of experience, I have worked closely with freight forwarders and shipping agents and have gained extensive knowledge within the industry.
What would you say your area of expertise is?
I have a strong passion for working on new systems and portals. My keen interest lies in exploring the full potential of software and helping the team to adapt to new ways of working. I thoroughly enjoy working with systems and I am excited to assist other departments while learning as much as possible.
How do you spend your time out of the office?
In my free time, I own two horses which I show so they take up a lot of my free time. I spend my weekends competing with my horses and finding new bridle trails. When not at the stables I love spending time with family and friends and socialising over some great food and drinks.
