Having joined the DKT team back in 2006, Sue quickly became an invaluable member of our Documentations department, earning a reputation for her attention to detail and customer service excellence.
When did you begin working in the industry?
I started working as a temp at the reception in 2006 and later I transitioned to the Documentation Department. I have enjoyed learning something new and being part of a fast-paced department in a fast-paced industry.
What do you enjoy most about working in the industry?
I work in the documentation department, which is a fast-paced environment that keeps me on my toes. I am very detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate and complete documents. I previously worked in customer service at a bank, and I enjoy interacting with our customers. Having worked at DKT Allseas for a long time, I have built strong relationships with all our customers.
What would you say your area of expertise is?
Being part of a dynamic department, there is always something new to learn. I enjoy expanding my knowledge and skills, and I am always eager to take on challenges. I am well-versed in various systems used within the department and feel comfortable working with them.
How do you spend your time out of the office?
With my son and his young family residing in Wiltshire, I cherish the opportunity to spend weekends and quality time with them. I have a delightful grandson who keeps me active. Being quite sociable, I enjoy the idea of having lunch and coffee with my friends. Shopping and watching plays at the theatre are some of my other interests. Additionally, I have green fingers and love to maintain my garden.
